Day 60: Clap on...

Little Miss K is officially clapping now! She has been working on it with a hit or miss clap, but she can now do it with watching others and gets so excited when she claps and we sing "Patty-cake" or say "YEAH!"  She is also "fake coughing". This is my favorite! She fake coughs and we say, "OH MY!" and  she giggles and fake coughs again!

Day 59: Sweet girl

Miss Kennedy is such a sweet girl.  She gives kisses and cuddles with us.  I just love coming home from work and spending time with her and her siblings.  They just complete Daddy and me.  

Tonight, she was sitting on the couch with Daddy and me and enjoying a hot cup of tea.  She loves tea (iced and hot).  She just fits in perfectly :)

Day 58: Found the tongue!

Kennedy found her tongue! She will now stick it out and touch it. She will stick it out if you stick yours out and will giggle if you try to grab her tongue. Its hilarious!

Day 57: Hanging Out

You love hanging out on the floor playing with your toys. You love when Syd and Noah stop by and play with you, but do NOT like when they move you, pick you up, or interrupt your play time. You are starting to move from sitting and going to your belly. It won't be long till you start moving!

Day 56: Pizza Pizza

Mommy went away to start your scrapbook this weekend. This was the first time you were away from Mommy. It was really hard for me, but you did okay with Daddy. He fed you pizza and you will normally take a couple bites but you must have really liked Little Caesar's Pizza! You ate a whole piece!!

Day 55: Baby

Baby!! You love playing with Sydney's babies. You have a couple of your own, but you already love getting your hands on her things! You talk to the baby, kiss the baby, and hug the baby. You are such a sweetie!

I couldn't just pick one or two pictures with this photo shoot.  She was just too cute!  We love to see you get excited about our nightly routine....BATH TIME!  You are definitely one of our kids! We love our nightly baths.  And you just love to splash, eat the bubbles, and play with your bath toys.  You love when Sydney goes under the water and pops up at you.  You giggle and giggle!  It brings a long day to a wonderful close each night.

Kennedy's hair has been doing some wacky stuff lately!  Its going through the transition of newborn hair to big girl hair.  And when we get her out of the bath tub, no matter if we brush it down, it seems to just find its way into a mohawk.  I am not a fan of mohawks on big kids or adults, but on her...it is just adorable!  Miss LeeAnn her babysitter had her hair all mohawked today in a curl as well!  She's just too cute!

Day 52: Fussy Pants

Tuesday, February 21

Little Miss Fussy Pants.  I wish I could find the switch to keep you happy all day everyday.  Whew...when you get fussy LOOK OUT!  The easiest way to deal with you when you are fussy is to give you a bath or hold you all day long.  This night you had some major gas! I don't know if I ate something or if you ate something that made your belly hurt and made you toot, but it was a rough evening!

Day 51: Sleeping

Monday: Kennedy hadn't been as wonderful as a sleeper as her sister but she does better than her brother. I can walk into the room, snap a shot, look at her and weep, and she doesn't wake. I can put her in her crib awake and she goesto sleep like a big girl. Her she dreams of binkies, kisses and baths.

Day 50: Bob Evans

Sunday: We eat Bob Evans on a weekly basis. We are even known by name there! Kennedy fits right in with our love for Bobs. Now that she's sitting in a big girl Highchair and eating table food, she loves it even more. The kids talk to her, play toys, and she is making her place in our family.

Day 47: Loves walking...

Kennedy loves when her big brother and sister take her for a "walk" around the room by holding her hands.  She will probably start walking before she decides to crawl.  She loves to "go places" with them :)

Day 49: New walker

Kennedy just loves her walker at Miss LeeAnn's so instead of taking it back and forth from her house to ours, we bought her another one for home. At first she didn't know what to do with it because it was so different but she has gotten better and is getting around.   She loves to walk around the house holding our fingers.  I don't know if she will ever crawl with her brother and sister always bringing her things.  She will probably just start walking!  We shall see....

Day 48: Just sitting there looking cute...

Friday:  Kennedy was just sitting on the floor looking as cute as she always does and I snapped some pictures of her chewing her toys and fingers.  This baby seriously is the sweetest thing!  (I'm a little partial though) :)  She's been so healthy now the last few days and has been back to her ol' self.  I love to see her happy and healthy.

Day 46: I can wave!!

Wednesday:  Mommy has been working on my waving for awhile and Kennedy has finally perfected it!  She waves to everyone now as they come and go!  I can't believe how fast she is growing.  She's becoming the little social butterfly like her big sister!!

Day 45: Happy Valentine's Day

Tuesday: My 3 beautiful Valentines!! The more kids we have the hardest time we have to get them together for a picture.  But...out of 50 takes, I did get a good picture of my lovies.

Day 44: Computer time

Monday: Kennedy loves YouTube videos. There are so many great videos online for babies and kids! She enjoys watching them and gets so excited!!!

Day 43: Feeling better....

Sunday, February 12:  Kennedy is feeling so much better! She napped on schedule yesterday and slept almost all night with only a couple wake-ups and then back down.  That is much better than the up every 1 hour we were doing!  She's breathing better and her diaper rash is almost gone.  The poor booger has had a rough week!  Thank goodness she is healthy again and back to her old self.

Day 42: My Walker

Saturday:  Look at her go! She has been working hard at her walker up the sitters and because she can do it now, I brought it home for the weekend.  It has saved me big time today! She can follow me around the house as I clean and she feels very much a part of her brother and sister playing.  This Nosey Rosey is getting to see it all!  I love how Elliott follows her around hoping a Cheerio falls on the floor.  He's a smart dog. He remembers Noah and Syd both doing this and feeding him!  I can't wait till she figures out to hold a Cheerio out for him and feed him!  Watch out for Cruisin' Kennedy!!

Day 41: My Brother's Outfit

Friday:   This little ducky outfit is Kennedy's brother's.  He wore it, sister wore it and now Kennedy can wear it too!! (Except it's too cold!)  I have pictures of all of them in it and I just love to look at them!  Kennedy those big blue eyes make your daddy melt!

Day 40: Sink bath

Thursday:   Since Monday, Kennedy has been feeling terrible.  The doctor prescribed her Augmentin and Predisone.  It hasn't really seemed like it has been helping.  I am beginning to think its just viral.  She's been wheezing, rapid breathing, coughing up mucus, and running a fever at night.  She whines pretty much all day for us and the sitter.  I just pray that she feels better soon! With diaper rash (thank you Augmentin) and all the mucus, playing the warm bath makes her the happiest.  So, we have been spending a lot of time in the sink and tub!

Day 39: Love Bug

Kennedy was not sleeping well so I went and brought her doenstairs with us for a breathing treatment and cuddles. She just looked so cute that I couldn't resist taking a picture of her. Those rosy cheeks!!!

Day 38: My Brother

Noah just adores his baby sister. There's just something very special about their bond. Kennedy looks to him for attention, love, and entertainment. It really makes me feel good to see how much he loves and protects her. Even if it gets annoying at times :)

Day 37: Sick baby

February 6: Kennedy has been sick and she's on nasty Augmentin and predisone. She is also taking albuteral every 4 hours. I feel terrible for her. She just rattles from all the mucus. The hardest part is not being able to be home with her. :( Shane has been helping a lot and thanks to LeeAnn for all her patience in helping our girl! We couldn't do it without her! I pray she gets over this quickly.

Day 36: 7 months old

Today is Kennedy is 7 months old! She is growing so fast!  She is loving table food and wants to get her hands on EVERYTHING!  She hasn't tried crawling yet because every time she is on her belly she rolls over to see the world.  She will get there eventually.   She has it pretty easy when her brother and sister bring her everything she wants and run to her each time she fusses.

Day 35: Snow!

We finally had a snow where we could make a snowman!  We came home from the outlets tonight and made two snowmen.  Kennedy was in her snowsuit and I sat her in the front yard. I even made her a snow chair so she wouldn't fall over.   She was fascinated with the snow flakes!

Day 34: Bath time

Bath time with Daddy is one of Kennedy's favorite things to do each night.   She loves her bath!

Day 33: cuddle bug

Kennedy my cuddle bug...after her bath she loves to cuddle till she's almost asleep and then i take her to the crib. She watches her aquarium till she's alseep. She's still waking every few hours to nurse and I'm okay with that. It's our time to cuddle and I know it will soon go away. I treasure each waking with kisses and hugs :)

Day 32: Daddy's Princess

Today is February 1st! I can't believe I have made it a month already without forgetting a picture!  Today's picture is Daddy's Princess.  We were playing in her room tonight and Syd put on her headband. She just looked so cute that I couldn't resist!  :)
